Based in Ingleby Barwick and Thirsk and covering North Yorkshire, Cleveland and 
County Durham, I can supply a choice of traditional moist rich fruit cakes which 
are covered in marzipan and iced in sugarpaste or royal icing; 
or sponge cakes – Madeira or chocolate – which are iced in sugarpaste.
 
Flower sprays can be made in silk or individually crafted from hand made sugar flowers and leaves.
 
All cakes are supplied in transit boxes. A delivery and setting up service is available 
and can be co-ordinated with the florist if you choose real flowers to decorate your cake.
